These projects included a review of possible systems, review of offers, a recommendation regarding the most fitted solution available, accompaniment during the negotiation stage with the chosen suppliers and finally project management and supervision .

  Project Description:

  Afek I.S. was involved in two different computerization projects in Graffiti: one was related to the Internet and the other to the Business Intelligence (BI) field.

  Graffiti specializes in B2B sales; therefore one of the most important tools for this company is its web site. The web site was designed and build by Afek I.S. and it contains information about the company and the possibility to contact with it on line. For example it’s possible to order on line and track the order status. These possibilities and more are made possible through a complex web system developed by Afek I.S. Afek I.S. was also in charge of Graffiti’s BI project. Graffiti wanted an EIS system that would enable it to receive accurate up to date data for its executives’ use, and that would also interface with its ERP system. The BI solution, which has been developed & implemented by Afek I.S., includes several modules concerning sales, revenue, profit, goals, achievement, analysis etc.

  Afek I.S. managed the CRM project in Newpan. The project included application and assimilation of the chosen system in several company locations across Israel. One of the mane advantages Afek I.S. supplied in this project is the CRM system’s ability to interface with other existing computer systems in the company.

  Afek I.S. also characterized Newpan’s e-commerce web site.

  Project Description:

  Afek I.S. advised and accompanied Elite throughout its stores’ computerization projects. Due to the size and complexity of Elite and its wide array of stores across Israel this was a very complex project.
